First let me give you my condolences on the loss of your loved ones. It has been a terrible war on everyone and it is a lucky person who has not lost someone they are close to.
With this in mind, it’d like to have your blessing to start a non-profit organization that intends in connect survivors with one another. For example, if a mother had lost her child in one family and a child had lost her mother in another family our organization would link them together officially as a new family.
It is a way of bringing the community back together and giving people a reason for living again. Your official blessing and participation in the program would encourage others to do the same and quickening the healing process amongst so many.

Временной промежуток не указан, но я так понимаю, это где-то начало первого сезона. Чего я не понимаю, так откуда у полковника Тая такой авторитет и права? Или его благословения спросили просто так, а относительно возможности официально назначать новые семьи договорились с правительством? В любом случае интересная получается организация именно из-за слова "официально".
И интересно, бумажку напечатали специально для аукциона или была мысль что-то подобное в сериале сделать?
