01x12 - Kobol’s Last Gleaming, Part I
- У меня это выхватить пистолет - спустить курок вызывает мысль о том, что убивать Адаму Бумер уже начала тренироваться. Пока без Адамы и патронов, но слишком уж жест похожий. А Бокси сбежал в страхе, что его застрелят. Хорошая у Бумер уже репутация сумасшедшей. Странно только что про Бокси вдруг через десяток серий вспомнили, чего это они?
- Когда это у Коттла были оптимистичные прогнозы, не помню такого. И опять дилоксин всплывает. Вот всё-таки, так помогает он, или Коттл его по привычке советует? Если помогает, то что-то там с четвёртым сезоном не чисто. Хотя я скорее на то, что по привычке советует, ставлю. Ибо как-то весьма неубедительно он это делает.
Cottle: I'm sorry. I wish I could be more optimistic about your prognosis. But the facts are the facts. And I urge you not to give up on medical science. You really should reconsider going on diloxin.
- А вот тут Ли ещё шутит на тему того, что Кара с кем-то переспала. Так в это не верит, или его именно личность Балтара потом задела? Да вроде не было у них с Гаем серьёзных столкновений. Но для шуток, на мой взгляд, какая-то странная тема, впрочем, их дело. А Билл оказывается не первый уже раз Ли успешно побеждает, Кара сразу догадалась, чьих это рук дело. Аж даже странно, что там с синяками всё в порядке.

- Тай не знал, что нужно людей предупреждать, что именно он наговорил Эллен. А то бедный Билл безуспешно пытается выкрутиться, что бы Эллен не подумала, что через три недели совместной жизни муж от неё добровольно сбежал на работу. Билл умный, но отвечать на чужие вопросы ему нельзя. Сейчас Эллен элементарно подловила. А он потом ещё на что-то будет надеяться устроив пресс-конференцию. Даже Гейта ситуацией проникся. Зато Эллен из разговора вышла всепрощающей страдалицей. Любовь.
А фикрайтерам очень удобно при необходимости прикрываться этой сценой, при написании очередного "и Сол добровольно послал Билла назад в тёплую постель, героически решив остаться на вахте". Правда, там обычно Эллен в фиках нет, но полковник уже привык и закалился.

- О, так они Кобол всё-таки все за Землю приняли, как и Крэшдаун? А Билли полностью в курсе бесед Коттла с Лорой. Она ему потом пересказала, судя по всему. Могла бы сразу взять стоять фикусом в углу, но не принципиально, может и стоял за камерой. Зато Лора уже начала настраиваться на то, что когда они найдут Землю, она умрёт. Раньше ещё была какая-то неопределённость в разговорах о будущем, а теперь уже всё для неё решено.
Из весёлого - у них половину собак на Колониях зовут Джейк, да? И опять, откуда у Лоры такое удивление, что она о нём раньше не слышала? Билли уже остальную биографию успешно рассказал? Нет, я понимаю, что Лора красиво ушла от обсуждения видений, и всё же.
Billy: Great, thank you very much. OK. Commander Adama is sending out another raptor to conduct an aerial survey of this planet. You think this could really be Earth?
Laura: Anything is possible. Can you?
Billy: Yeah. Dog takes 20 pills a day.

И я вот понимаю, что Шеф сказать хочет, но выглядит это его "ты меня защитил, ты идиот" весьма странно. Не хватает мне рукопожатия, что бы окончательно убедиться в "я зол только потому, что тебе пришлось такое пережить", не знаю.

- Эллен продолжает роль обиженной и не понятой добровольной страдалицы. Причём с её оценкой того, что важнее всего счастье Сола, а потом уже всё остальное её включая я даже согласна. Проблема в том, что его счастье Эллен собирается по своему плану строить. Вот уже мысли потекли в направлении "одного шага от командования флотом". Мда, возможно, Бумер опередила Эллено-Зарековскую операцию. Слишком а то подозрительно знакомство вместе с мыслями смотрится.
И я не определилась, что именно он должен означать, но контраст с Биллом до сих пор помнящим о дате своей свадьбы, и Солом её тоже помнящим, хороший.
Ellen: Happy anniversary.
Saul: Happy anniversary? What? Is it today?

А вообще, очередное доказательство моей пристрастности по отношению к Ли. Вот ничего такого он не сказал, а всё равно кажется, будто не представляет, как же себя в такой ситуации вести.

- Балтаровское "дело не в тебе, а во мне" меня порадовало, ибо такой штамп в диалогах на тему "нам пора расстаться", что Гаюшка выглядит очень замученным, если ни на что большее фантазии не хватило. Ничего, он ещё скоро порадуется, что Шестёрка его не послушалась. Но зазнался Гай, зазнался, забыл, что бывает, если галлюцинацию обидеть. Вряд ли, конечно, это она их рапторы над Коболом сбила, но кто знает этих ангелов.

- Бедный Тай так и не понял почему президент так рейдером интересуется. Вот они секреты диктатуры. Зато проинформировать её Лора Ли просит. Вспомнила, кто там в советниках числится, а кто коммандер упрямый.
Laura: How many people did we lose?
Lee: Ten souls aboard Raptor Three. Raptor One last visual contact was seen under powered flight heading towards the surface. We should assume they made it safely and plan accordingly.
Adama: We need a way to take out the baseship before we can attempt a rescue.
Saul: Starbuck's already working on a plan using the captured raider to get a nuke into the baseship.
Lee: When did this happen?
Laura: The raider?
Saul: About 10 minutes ago. She said she's working on the details and will have a report by 14:00.
Laura: Why is it necessary to use the raider?
Saul: I don't know the details. But I think the idea is to slip inside their defenses and set off the warhead.
Laura: Destroying the raider in the process?
Saul: I would imagine.
Bill: The raider's a military asset. This is a military operation.

- Там Билл с Билли не сошлись на почве атеизма? А то предпосылки явно имеются. Правда, на мой взгляд, Билли слегка промахнулся с оценкой президенстко-коммандерских отношений. У них там не то что основным пунктом договора было разделение власти, а единственным, только проблема оказалась не в нём, а в фундаменте "я никому не скажу, что вы солгали". А вообще, вот эту функцию Билли "сейчас я вас в лицо покритикую" Тори выполнить ведь так и не смогла, не помню я как-то подобных бесед.

Ничего, он ещё скоро порадуется, что Шестёрка его не послушалась. Но зазнался Гай, зазнался, забыл, что бывает, если галлюцинацию обидеть. Вряд ли, конечно, это она их рапторы над Коболом сбила, но кто знает этих ангелов.

Adama: We need a way to take out the baseship before we can attempt a rescue.
Saul: Starbuck's already working on a plan using the captured raider to get a nuke into the baseship.
Lee: When did this happen?
Laura: The raider?
Saul: About 10 minutes ago. She said she's working on the details and will have a report by 14:00.
Laura: Why is it necessary to use the raider?

- Там Билл с Билли не сошлись на почве атеизма? А то предпосылки явно имеются. Правда, на мой взгляд, Билли слегка промахнулся с оценкой президенстко-коммандерских отношений. У них там не то что основным пунктом договора было разделение власти, а единственным, только проблема оказалась не в нём, а в фундаменте "я никому не скажу, что вы солгали". А вообще, вот эту функцию Билли "сейчас я вас в лицо покритикую" Тори выполнить ведь так и не смогла, не помню я как-то подобных бесед.
И мне кажется, или Лора там явно камаллу старательно запивает? Какой-то у неё такой вид...

Ну да в любом случае мне очень понравился аргумент про офицерскую форму и подчинение приказам. Даже если забыть про то, что он в данном случае приказу не подчинится. Нет, правда, Ли который говорит, что он бы с радостью, но вот присяга? Дайте мне этого Ли.
